1. Booking Confirmation:
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Bal Harbour Preservation, Inc. dba WeWentWhere.
- A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a deposit as specified by Bal Harbour Preservation, Inc. dba WeWentWhere.
2. Payment:
- Payment must be made in the currency specified by Bal Harbour Preservation, Inc. dba WeWentWhere.
- Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
- Failure to make payment by the specified deadline may result in cancellation of the booking.
3. Cancellation and Refunds:
- Cancellation policies vary depending on the specific trip or package booked.
- Customers are advised to review the cancellation policy provided at the time of booking.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the cancellation policy and may be subject to cancellation fees.
4. Travel Documents:
- It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates, as required by the destination(s) being visited.
- Bal Harbour Preservation, Inc. dba WeWentWhere is not responsible for any costs or losses incurred due to the traveler's failure to obtain the necessary travel documents.
5. Travel Insurance:
- We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and baggage loss or damage.
6. Health and Safety:
- Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel and for taking necessary health precautions, including vaccinations and medications, as recommended by healthcare professionals and destination authorities.
7. Changes and Amendments:
- Bal Harbour Preservation, Inc. dba WeWentWhere reserves the right to make changes to itineraries, accommodations, and other trip details as necessary, depending on factors such as availability, weather conditions, or safety concerns.
- Customers will be notified of any significant changes to their booking as soon as possible.
8. Liability:
- Bal Harbour Preservation, Inc. dba WeWentWhere acts only as an intermediary between customers and suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators) and shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred by customers during the course of their travels.
- Customers are advised to review the terms and conditions of individual suppliers for additional liability information.
9. Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida within the United States of America. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Miami-Dade County.
