Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations or date changes must be received and acknowledged by WeWentWhere in writing at least 90 calendar days prior to the Journey commencement date in order for the Guest to receive 100% refund of any payment made under this agreement. Guest agrees, that No refund shall be given on monies paid to WeWentWhere for cancellation received less than 90 days prior to the Journey commencement date, unless WeWentWhere is able to Re-Book the trip in the period of this Journey for an amount equal to or greater than the total
travel period payment. A 25% deposit of total journey costs is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 90 days in advance of the commencement date.
